Every year, in this season of “endings,” my inbox overflows with correspondence from missionaries and MKs about the imminent changes they’re facing. Their messages range from “mild” to “frantic” on the Freak Out Scale—a spectrum I know well from having camped out on both extremes during various transitions in my life!
I’d like to share one small piece of advice that has made the changes I’ve encountered in my own journey so much more manageable and healthy.
